Nickel Inconel 625 AMS 5599

AMS 5599 is a sub-type of the corrosion-resistant nickel alloy inconel 625, available in plate, sheet, or strip pieces.

It can maintain the inconel 625 corrosion and oxidation resistance properties even in temperatures that surpass 2000℉ (1095℃), so it’s generally preferred in applications that call for components able to perform seamlessly in high-temperature environments.

It is solution heat treated, and its composition lays as following:
62Ni – 21.5Cr – 9.0Mo – 3.7 Cb (Nb)
